These lessons will rekindle your love of music and rhythm and teach you how to play with others in time, just for fun, as well as prepare you for a public performance if required.

Additional details:
I have been playing guitar for over 20 years, teaching, performing and writing songs that have been played on radio stations. I play electric and acoustic guitars as well as some classical fingerpicking. I have organised events, played hundreds of open mics and gigs, collaborated with musicians from different genres.
I started teaching guitar in the 90's when Nirvana hit the scene to students of all levels from beginner to advanced. I have helped students in the general development of their guitar skills, ear training, harmony and music theory knowledge. I have also accompanied students with song writing and live performance abilities and opportunities. Providing them with a stage.
I am open minded with the learning approach, I follow more informal tuition based on what the student wants to do with music (It maybe writing, performing, recording, rehearsing, band or solo performance path). Music is a great discipline & good for focusing the mind & concentration.
I will help prepare you for the stage if that's what you would like to do. By giving you the skills to support me onstage live! An exciting opportunity to get out of your 'bedroom guitarist mode' and into the public arena. Music is a great way to socialise and meet new friends.
The most important thing for me is to help learners express their passion for music. One thing is guaranteed - Music is a friend for life!
I will also pay special attention to focus on your strengths and guide you on how to improve your weaknesses as well as understand some of the theory behind what you are playing.
I can help prepare you for the stage if required.
